5: What part was hardest to write?

There are two answers to this, that are totally different, due to how I write. I have the idea for a scene, then I let the character pull me where they want to go.

So first there's the hard content, and for that the hardest was what happens in chapter 14, where Roy "dissociates", for lack of a better word, after coming back from Ishval, and what he does to Riza and how they handle it afterwards. I let Roy fuck up, and had to know where to go and where to stop him 😅 It still makes me tense talking about it now 😅 it was really hard to strike the right balance without going too far but still conveying it was a scary moment for Riza - but not letting it go bad enough that it would damage their relationship.

Second hardest was the last chapters. It was hard because I had IRL problems, but also because finishing such a story is always hard and scary - it has to be as good as the rest, or better, and especially considering what happens in the last chapter ! Also because I had trouble letting go of this story, but eh, I haven't really managed that since I want to write a sequel, lol 😅😂

11: What do you like best about this fic?

Oh so many things 😅 I know it kinda sounds self absorbed to say that but this fic especially was written for myself first and foremost - up until chapter 8 or so I didn't really think it was worth posting, because I already had a fic about Roy staying blind (Everyone learns faster on fire - totally different circumstances though!) - so I put a lot of what I like in it, without stressing about what people would think about it (I'm an extremely anxious individual eeh).

I think the first thing is that I'm very proud to have finished to write such a mammoth of a fic, because I didn't think I had it in me to actually get to the end of it, I rarely finish things that I start if I don't finish them quickly. And now I'm thinking of sequels hah 😅

And then there's how I tried to keep the characters true to themselves while putting them in situations they have never been shown in in canon, such as being in a relationship for example, or sent back to Ishval, having to be in representation, etc. I hope I have managed that well enough, it's the reader's turn to judge now !

And finally I just like to put my blorbos into situations just in a general term and what series of situations that was ! It was lots of fun. Yeah maybe that's the thing. I had fun the whole time - yes, I have fun torturing Roy and Riza, what can I say 😅

Eeh, well... One last question before I finish so that I don't get left wanting.

Since you touched the topic of Devilman sequels -which of course I know and have seen one or another- I need to ask this question. There is a theme that in itself... Violence Jack and devilman lady are sequels, yes. but is Devilman Lady the "true" sequel or "canon" sequel as opposed to Violence Jack?

So, to answer that question is a bit complicated: it's touched upon in Devilman Lady, and more firmly established in Amon: the Dark Side of Devilman, that the events of the series are in a time loop, created by God as a punishment for Satan. The time loop begins from when Satan abandons God and joins the demons and ends when Satan is sitting on that rock in the middle of the sea next to the top half of Akira's corpse. With this in mind, my interpretation would be that they're both canon in different respects: Devilman Lady is canon in that this is the story of Satan getting wise to the time loop and working to break free of it so that they and Akira can put aside their differences and the demons and devilmen can work together to fight God in earnest, the outcome then leading into the next sequel Devilman Saga. Meanwhile Violence Jack is canon in respect to how events would have played out if not for the time loop; Satan orchestrates a convoluted form of self punishment involving resurrecting Miki Makimura and becoming a quadruple amputee, the dead demons and devilmen reincarnate into these powerful lumbering 9 foot tall bodies, and Akira now reincarnated as one such giant known only as Violence Jack wanders the derelict ruins of Japan's Kanto Reigion as he struggles to rebuild his identity.

Yeah ok, what are my thoughts on Spiral out of all Saw-movies?

Well, it’s definitely a more competent film that like... 60% of the franchise xD I’d say it’s good movie. Do I like it? Eeh, well, kinda, sorta, maybe. 

I feel like, it needs a sequel. And not just any sequel, but Spiral Killer VS Dr. Lawrence Gordon fighting for dominance, because there’s ideological difference between Spiral and Jigsaw, and at the moment only person ever to like, at least somewhat to take the ideology in the heart is Lawrence. 

So, my thought on the movie is more like, well, that sure is a first act.

Yuta and Goshi are about to watch a movie together. 

‘Drinks, check! Popcorn, check! Did you turn off your cell phone?

‘Eh ~? Gochin, where’s your applause?’

‘Eyeliner?’, Tsubasa doesn’t understand what the colleague means by it. 

‘No, that’s wr-’, but Goshi doesn’t have a chance to intervene. 

‘I see, it’s the eyes that give off the sharper look!’, it dawns on Tsubasa.

‘Yes. As Kaneshiro-san wished, I gave the eyes a little bit of a stronger look’, the hair and makeup artist explains. 

‘Hm….’, Goshi can’t say much at the moment.

Hype is shit

"hype" another word for shit. what is it exactly, what is this word even means, if you google it up you will see it means intensive publicity or promotion. anyway, whenever something new comes out, a game or a movie or something else, the company thats making it usually drops a trailer to hype up the people. and when they are making a sequel or remaking something that is really old, people usually get more hyped up. but as they reveal something that generally people don't like much but it was just a hint or something like that, most people are like "my hype is gone; oh my hype is half gone." you know what, fuck you man, if you are a fan of the series, wait for it to come out, play it or watch it, if you don't like it, then you no one is stopping you to stop playing it or watching it. i mean seriously dude, your brain, i mean i don't know how it works, but i think your brain is so small that it forget what the series is about or was about and get on board with the so called "hype train". let me give you an example, remember pokemon go, yeah i still play it even though i was expecting it to be better, anyway almost all of us expected it to be better but either way most people played for the first 2 months. some of them were like eeh, its not what i expected so not playing anymore, which is completely understandable. but then there are these people who are like after 3-5 months of pokemon go, eeh i am not playing anymore cause there is no hype anymore or the hype is gone or shit. seriously what the fuck dude, its like liking pop song cause its popular not cause you like the genre. i know a lot of you probably think this is bullshit but the thing is man, you are bullshit and if you wanna talk about this shit, either buy me dinner or lunch and we can talk about it over lunch or dinner, just don't fucking start a comment war here, my time is valuable, man.

a) Disney listening to the fandom &

b) Disney listening to OUR part of the fandom.

I say this cuz tumblr is actually kind of a small but blessed place (unbelievable i know), bc if you go out into reddit, yt, twitter, insta, etc (let's not even talk about...the darker places I won't touch, you know) most fans there really hate Fox and were pleased by his 2017 comic death (yeah zero braincells there but that's why Disney gets away with bullshit and the world is in the state it's in)

So unless we somehow get at least the whole of the sw twitter or/and yt jarjarbrains to wake up, we'll have to stick to fanfic. We honest to God have a better chance of getting Glitch at this point.

(We would have had a chance if it was the 2020 one bc that ties into War of the Bounty Hunters and THAT ties into the sequels which at least half the fandom hates (in fact the comic's kinda been getting some backlash for that) but 2017 is actually kinda loved soo...yeah. ))

Isogai Ryuuko was born on 14 March 1987. He is from Hokkaido. He made his first debut in Musical 『Tennis no Oujisama』 (as Chitose Senri). He appeared in many stages, such as the play 『Hansamu Rakugo』, stage 『Masuda Kousuke Theater Gag Manga Days』. Recently he is also into writing and directing stage plays. The last stage was about the birth of America and he took part in the daily joke scenes, it was a big success! This is the story of the man behind America.

――In the last stage, Musical 「Hetalia ～The Great World～」 the most shocking part was Child!America!

The director Yoshitani (Koutarou)-san also likes that scene, he said in the beginning "What if we put a doll in here." I was happy when they put me there instead. It seems to be appealing to audiences as well, so all is good.

――It was funny, but then didn’t you need to change clothes three times? Wasn’t it difficult?

The changing was done quickly, it was awesome. I didn’t do much, but in the back the staffs’ teamwork was amazing, I really felt grateful for them. They even helped me drink Ryukakusan (this one?). I drank it without having to use my hands! Because I had to use baby voice, my throat got sore. That’s why I had to drink Ryukakusan! They also give me honey and stuffs! I was really grateful.

――There were many scenes of you and England, right?

I became really close to England · Hirose (Daisuke)-kun because of it. He’s a really nice guy! He even treated me rice during my birthday! We ate sushi together. Thanks to that I become close to him. He is gentle, funny, and really kind. I thought he was a cool type, but he is actually pretty talkative, we had an argument as well and talk about a lot of things.

――You’re on good terms even on private! Back to stage, America did a lot of adlibs, didn’t he?

I’d say this properly: I didn’t do it on my own will! I did those because I was told to “do it” in those scenes. Please don’t have any misunderstanding.

――During adlibs, there are people who throw the joke and people who receive and reply to them, right?

The one who’s great at replying is Uechan (Ueda Keisuke). He was great at tsukkomi since before, so I can relax a bit. And there’s (Nagae) Ryoki...... When will he turn 20?

I hope he turns to 20 quickly so we can eat and drink together. Everyone is getting along well. ――So Yamaoki-san is a power source?

How I entered/learned about the said game/show/movie/etc of that fandom: idk I saw that Henry Cavill was in it and was like: “Why not?”, watched it in the cinema and fell in love with it. Nobuhiko: England really is far from Singapore.

Atrandom: That’s why it took us half a day to get here.

Nobuhiko: Are you doing okay, Atrandom?

Atrandom: I’m a robot, after all. Though I did feel bored when I had to travel as just a head.

Text: Thinktank Atrandom’s first planned human form robot. Due to his early instability, he ran wild and was sealed away. But after a certain incident, he gained his current body and is here.

He is the holder of the very first letter “A” among the robots called the “A-numbers” series.

Atrandom: I’m going to take down the shield that was put up when we boarded. It won’t take long, so wait here.

Nobuhiko: OK. Seems tough to be a robot.

Europa: Yes.

Europa: But it used to be much more difficult for us robots to ride planes, you know. Naturally with the shields we’re in sleep mode, and on top of that we’d need at least two human chaperones.

Atrandom: Europa, let’s go.

Europa: I’m coming! Nobuhiko, wait here with Code-niisama.

Code: Yeah, because I’m a bird-form robot. If I go to sleep mode inside this shielded bag, there’s no problem.

Nobuhiko: Gasp!

Harmony: *stare*

Nobuhiko: What... are you doing, Harmony?

Harmony: Don’t mind me.

Nobuhiko: You know only people who are getting off the plane are allowed in here, right?

Harmony: But I’m Harmony. So don’t mind me while you’re going through immigration either!

Nobuhiko: I mind.

Europa: Ah, if it isn’t Harmony!

Harmony: Long time no see!

Atrandom: What are you doing?

Europa: A camera?

Harmony: Smile, you two!

Shinnosuke: How is Dr. Cassiopeia’s health?

Europa: Seems like she can handle England���s cold temperatures. Anyhow, she is up there in years. I’m told Minoru-san and Young Master will stay there a bit longer.

Shinnosuke: Yes, so I’ve heard.

Signal: Yo! Nobuhiko!

Signal: Wow, did you grow taller again, Nobuhiko?

Nobuhiko: I’m not going to grow that easily.

Signal: Is that so?

Atrandom: The effect on me is also considerable so I wish you’d stop it.

Text: A-S Signal’s body is built with a special metal called MIRA. He is the only human form robot who uses the crystal SIRIUS. Although a human and a robot, Nobuhiko and Signal think of each other as “big” and “little” brothers.

Nobuhiko *thinking* Though he’s my older brother, it’s only been two years since Signal was built.

Kid: Cool! This is a robot! I want to become a robot too! How can I become one?

Nobuhiko: Th-That’s... not something you can become... And who are you?

HMB: Halloween 2

Original Publishing Date: October 6th, 2018

It's been years since I last saw Halloween. It's a franchise I've always wanted to catch up on, but always forgotten about. Well, since this is National Halloween Month, now's the best time to revisit this franchise. When we last saw Michael Myers, he was shot several times by his therapist Dr. Loomis after Myers tried killing Jamie Lee Curtis. Well, Michael survived his bullet to the chest and ran off. Jamie Lee Curtis is escorted to the hospital, Dr. Loomis searches the town for Michael, all the while Haddonfield learns of the murders from the first movie. As a sequel to the original, I saw it does it's job. Does it add to the lore of the first movie? Eeh... Kind of. Does it deliver a satisfying conclusion to the story? Eeh... Kind of. Is it just as good as the original. Eeh... Not really. At the end of the day, the movie was a follow up to Halloween. That's what it set out to do and that's what it does. You get your dose of Micheal Myers hiding in the shadows, people dying in unique ways, and blood. While this does take place on Halloween, you do get as much Halloween atmosphere as you did in the last movie. Don't get me wrong, there's pumpkins, decorations and all that fun junk, just not enough to give you that spooky Halloween feeling. It's hard to judge the Halloween franchise because the character you like and care about will no doubt make it out alive, while the new characters you care nothing about are just in there to be Myers bait. And I guess that's another criticism I have for the movie, it feels more mechanical than the last movie. The last movie felt natural, while this one feels more like a slasher film. I get that Michael Myers is suppose to be this emotional void and is only suppose to be a brute, but I feel like even in the first movie it made sense why he would kill the people he kill, verus here where he kills because the movie wants a bigger body count. I'm not going to give the movie shit because of how indestructible Myers is, though I know other people have criticized the series for that reason. At the end of the day, Myers is suppose to be the closest thing this universe has to a boogeyman, so making him this indestructible force just makes him more scary. Now, the stuff about the Druids sacrificing people... I don't get. I know in the future films they explain this a little more (and by explain, I mean ruin the franchise by adding supernatural elements to it), but it just felt useless in this one, especially when you learn Myers true motivation for going after Jamie Lee Curtis. Overall, I'm glad I saw this movie, it's a fine sequel to Halloween, but I can see why it isn't as talked about as the first film. Not bad, just fine.
